CHECK-IN: After 3:00 p.m. or by special arrangement.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out time by 10:30 a.m. Arrangements for late check-outs must be made before the departure date and are subject to additional charges.

EARLY DEPARTURE: I understand that reduction in length of stay changes cannot be accommodated. Early departure refunds are not allowed.

HOUSE KEEPING & MAID SERVICE: This home is cleaned between the check-out and check-in hours. At check-out we ask that you wash your dishes and remove any trash to the cans located outside. Maid services are not available. If a problem arises please call. 831-726-9661.

DAMAGES: I agree to properly use and operate all furnishings, including electrical and gas appliances, plumbing fixtures, electronic home entertainment property, fireplaces, BBQs and all other items of whatsoever kind or nature provided to me during my stay for my convenience. I also agree to leave the home so that no extraordinary housekeeping will be required after my departure. I agree to both notify and reimburse The Sugar Pine Cabin for all necessary and reasonable repairs, replacement for damage or destruction of property caused by me and my guests, or for extra cleaning required. The Sugar Pine Cabin will notify you of the costs of damages or extra housekeeping within ten days after your departure. My signature below authorizes The Sugar Pine Cabin to charge my credit card on file for these costs.

MAINTENANCE & REFUNDS: The Sugar Pine Cabin makes every effort to assure that appliances in the home are in operating condition, and ask you to report any problems as soon as they are discovered. We will make every effort to correct the problem; however, at times we must wait for parts or outside service. Refunds cannot be made for inconvenience due to mechanical failure of appliances.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE: This cabin has a maximum occupancy limit, and rates were quoted based on the number of guests expected. All guests were counted as chargeable guests. I understand that our rate was based on the number of guests I represented during the reservations process, and this number was reviewed during the registration process. Any party falsely representing the number of people in the home or exceeding the number paid for may be subject to immediate eviction without refund. Over occupancy is considered a serious violation of this rental agreement.

PETS: I understand that pets are not allowed.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: I agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless the homeowners from any loss, liability, damage or cost I may incur due to my occupancy on your premises. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be mediated subject to the rules of the American Arbitration Association at the branch office closest to Oakhurst, California.

WEATHER & WINTER CONDITIONS: This area experiences all four seasons, which can bring stormy weather and possible power outages. Winter driving conditions are a possibility and you are advised to check the weather and suggest that you carry chains during the months of November through April. There will be no refunds due to inclement weather or power outages.

I agree to abide by the above conditions of the Short Term Rental Agreement and also verify that the information in the Guest Registration Form is correct.
