The Sugar Pine Cabin can be enjoyed by groups of up to eight or ten. This cabin has three bedrooms, two baths and two kitchens.
Downstairs you will find two bedrooms with queen beds, a full kitchen, bath, gas heat and wood burning stove (wood not provided). The large dining and living area make it a great place for your group or family.
Upstairs you will find a full size bathroom and a large bedroom with one queen and two twin beds, a semi-full kitchen with stove top, sink and microwave (no oven), including dining table. Bed linens and towels are provided. The deck is equipped with a table, chairs, umbrella and a BBQ.
When a secure interior stairway is closed and dead bolted,
the cabin becomes two units. “Lower
Sugar Pine” and the “Pine
View Suite."
Full use of cabin, both
upper and lower living areas. $350 (without
second kitchen). Add $40.00 for use of second
kitchen.
Lower Sugar Pine: $200.00 per couple. Add $20.00 plus tax for each additional person.
Pine View Suite: $150.00 per couple. Add $20.00 plus tax for each additional person.

January: Martin Luther King Birthday
February: Presidents Day, Valentines Day (two day minimum unless it falls on a weekend then three day minimum)
May: Memorial Day weekend
September: Labor Day weekend
November: Thanksgiving
December: Christmas, New Years Eve
Holiday and High Season: 3 nights minimum (unless a two night stay is available).
Low Season: 2 night stay required.
Winter Season: 2 night stay required.
Reservation Policy:
Visa, Master Cards and American Express are accepted. The first
night’s stay will be deducted as a deposit from your credit card to
guarantee your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your
arrival. A personal check for the balance if received 30 days in
advance will be accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of 30 days or more prior to arrival will NOT be charged
a penalty. The first nights deposit will be refunded in full.
Cancellations of 29 days or less will forfeit the first night’s
deposit. Cancellation of 7 days or less will forfeit a 3 night charge
minimum. (Unless booking was for 2 nights)
EXCEPTION: Rentals for more than 5 days, HOLIDAY’S or Special Events require a 30 day notice in order to receive a full refund. For
cancellations 29 days or less a 3 night charge will apply.
